This facility is unable to handle rescue dogs. Even when you describe their specific triggers, staff will rush you out of the exam room into their tiny waiting room crammed with other clients and animals, allow other clients to push past and threaten your scared and growling pets, then refuse to accept responsibility for any adverse reactions. Do not bring your rescue animals here. Their incompetence could harm your pet or allow you to be harmed by another client's pet. Edit: After being contacted by the owner in response to this review, I stand by my review, as this facility has handled the situation in the most deplorable way, and failed to take any perspectives into consideration other than their own. Apparently, it's only about uncompassionate self preservation from top to bottom at Thomaston Veterinary Clinic.

Finn means the whole world to me. I could not imagine what it would feel like without him. The Dr and staff are one of the reasons I still have him around and in good health. Thank you for taking such good care of Finn.

I love this place they take time to go over any issues you might have with your pet. And their prices are very reasonable.

I can not speak highly enough of Thomaston Veterinary Clinic, truly exceptional people and service! I was in such a pinch to get my doggo taken care of, and Thomaston Vet/Bantam Lake were the only folks in the area who were kind and flexible and willing to squeeze me in. So friendly and nice to my pup and me. Highly, highly recommend!
