Love these guys! The front desk is warm, friendly and welcoming. They know Nugget before they even greet me. The techs are professional and caring ask all the right questions and never make me feel bad that I may not keeping up on my skin care like I know I should be. Dr. Falk is down to earth and explains what the underlying cause may be to the allergy, gives you steps to do at home to help make your pet more comfortable. I'm excited to be working with her to finally make my Nuggy more comfortable. Nugget's only complaint is that they don't stop for the whole day to pet her.

After dealing with years of allergies and different medications, we finally sought out Dr. Falk who came highly recommended by everyone! She was so kind at our consult and explained things in real terms. She took my concerns into account when creating a treatment plan. My frenchie loved her so much and was just dying for attention from her the whole time! The clinic itself is clean and beautiful. We appreciated the large restroom with a changing table. Dr. Falk was obviously very thoughtful in her renovations. The nurses were all very friendly as well. I appreciated getting an appointment relatively quickly! We’re excited to see the results and continue our work with Dr. Falk.

I rarely leave reviews but Dr. Falk surely deserves one. I've owned many dogs in my life but this is my first experience with allergies and they are pretty severe. My girl Breeze was struggling with skin infections and an ear infection that my regular vet was unable to even put a dent in. After steroids, antibiotics, allery meds and a year of waisted time, money and suffering for my poor girl, still nothing! I decided i had enough and was worried about all the meds she was taking so I refused to go back to my vet and set out to find a specialist. I found Dr. Falk and we've been steadily climbing out of the whole we were in. We beat the skin infection and ear infection!!! Tested for allergies and began immunotherapy.... Fingers crossed it's going to work. Dr. Falk is so down to earth, amazing at her job and communicates every last detail. She's always provided me with options while still advising what she believes will work best. Very supportive with my decisions and helpful when I'm struggling to decide. Her staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Can't express enough how grateful I am to feel like my girl is finally in the right place!!

I happily recommend Dr. Falk for pets with persistent allergy issues! She uses a wholistic, compassionate, pragmatic approach and will offer options for care if appropriate. My German Shepherd’s (and consequently my) quality of life is improved under her care. Although I travel up to an hour when we need to visit, it’s worth the trip.

We met Dr Falk under a very serious situation with our chic lab Lottie. Dr Falk took us under her wing and went over the top to take care of our beautiful Lottie while making us feel so at ease. Words really can’t express how we feel about Dr Falk. Ever grateful that we found Lottie’s life preserver.
