Good Service, yet I was charged extra for another appointment. The communication is terrible and the staff don’t take accountability for that. Customer service did not help or support the situation either! I would not recommend.

Everyone was friendly and it was super quick my appointment was at 3 and they called me minutes before my appointment

Clinic is in main store, so don't take pets here if they aren't used to being around other animals.

Two stars because the staff at Petco was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I showed up to my appointment at middletown petco and waited in line ( I didn't check in on my phone). The staff member was with the guy in front of me for over 15 mins and then went back to the counter and stood there on her phone. When I finally got her attention she said it was too late for my appointment and I had to make a new one. While I was talking to her she turned around and started talking to her coworker, ignoring me. I walked away and was helped by the Petco staff. I was able to see the vet after but the Vetco employees were rude. I will never visit this location again. If vetco is strict on their appointment times, then their employees should not have personal conversations that last 15 mins and more,
