I started going to Mill Pond 2 years ago after going to another vet for over a decade. I decided to change vets because Dr. Wood Was currently practicing there and we love him! He has since left but we now feel very comfortable with the staff at Mill Pond. All of the vet techs are amazing! Very sweet, & caring. My dog has extreme anxiety going to the vet & the staff provide gentleness & compassion every time! The only reason I down graded to 4 stars was because Dr. Wood is no longer there.

Everyone from the front desk to the practitioners are caring, thorough, and also very loving to my dogs! I'm always able to speak to someone by phone quickly and get assistance. Good at listening, patient and offer complete explanation for any treatment recommendations. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pups!!!

At every step of the process, everyone was so kind. Even after the visit, getting a call to see how Jake was on the way home was really special. You can tell that the folks at Mill Pond really care. Dr. Lang was very patient and gentle, even though Jake was not a happy camper.

Glad to hear they’re more compassionate. I was a client of theirs until one day I called them to let them know that my cat was terribly sick and asked if Dr Lang could see him. They adamantly refused and told me to go to the Animal Hospital in North Haven. Never a follow up call from Dr Lang to check on the health of my cat. Never went back after that

I've been to many vets in the past and Mill Pond is the best. Friendly and compassionate staff. You can tell they love animals.
