I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. The vet charged us $450 for two phone consultations. She couldn’t even pronounce my dogs name, nor did they even ask. When she called to collect payment she asked, “what is the status of your dog.” He passed away miss. I’m sorry but that is no way to ask about my dog and his health… what is his status? Sorely lacking in kindness and compassion.

Dr. Jan and Bettina are just so beyond wonderful. My kitty is going through a hyperthyroid journey, and Dr. Jan is going above and beyond to make sure I have all the most recent information for the various options. She's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they both make myself and my kitty feel like we are cared for. Plus, Dr. Jan is a legit holistic vet, which is rare and so very appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough! :)

Dr Jan is very caring and knowledgeable. She is concerned about your pet and your feelings about the care your pet will receive. I trust her with my pets as well as the medicine she dispenses.

Dr Jan is an awesome homeopathic vet and she really helped my boy who had autoimmune neutropenia. Within months his #s were back in the range he was supposed to be in. This trip I took my new puppy and he had some anger issues she is treating him for. I'm excited to see the outcome! She's a caring doctor / person and Bettina the office manager is awesome too!

Dr. Jan is the best vet and genuinely cares for all her patients wellbeing. Besides being a great family friend throughout the years, it is a comfort to know there is someone who I trust wholeheartedly should my animals need attending too. My pets are never scared when going to her clinic as the room is decorated like a comfortable living room; my pets feel right at home and relaxed. If you're looking for a great vet, look no further!
