Come here if you want someone to give you the runaround and take your money! Our cat has been having some issues with her appetite and digestion, which has gradually but quickly gotten worse. We took our dog here all the time, so we took our cat here too. The receptionists are all very nice for the most part. when we brought our cat in, they took her in a separate room for about 45 minutes, said they were giving her an exam. They came back and said she had a lump and said they’d run tests on it and said it was “probably just fat”, then they ran more tests. we probably paid almost $1000 in blood tests, urine tests, and fecal tests, just with two/three visits. Our cat pretty much stopped eating entirely. We told the vet this, and they said we would need to run more tests. these tests would take weeks to come back. Honestly, we just wanted them to be straight up with us, tell us if it was bad, we don’t want to let our cat suffer. But it just never felt like they were being clear, they just wanted to do more tests and not give us anything to help the current situation, it felt like they were being secretive and doing anything to get more money from us. Eventually, after all the back and forth, we found a different vet that squeezed us in for an ultrasound, and they found 3 tumors within 15 minutes of looking at our cat, compared to the more than an hour we spent at community vet hospital. The new vets were surprised that they couldn’t find the other lumps and that they didn’t give anything to help our kitty cat, even after testing the most visible lump. The new vets gave us an on-site administered treatment. nothing that’s a guaranteed life saver, but something to give us a small chance. Most importantly, the new vets were honest with us about the situation, not just continuing to run tests that would take time we do not have. It only ever felt like they were looking for the best way to make the most money and break our hearts even more at the same time. For an emergency hospital, they had no sense of urgency. Avoid this one

This clinic is by far the best we've been to. We always have a positive experience. The prices are more expensive now, which makes it a little more difficult to get everything done that they recommend. So we only get the necessary things. I like nurse Brandy. She never makes us feel like we're making the wrong choice. She makes sure to let us know we have options and takes care to explain what they are. Very low pressure. The doctor she works with Dr Ladner is really calm and thorough. They're really funny together and easy with our dog which makes things go smooth for all of us. They make us all comfortable and I like that. I recommend this place.

I had to take my kitties here recently for an emergency. I was most impressed that the vet laid out the treatment options and pricing for me and actually directed me to the path that was best for my cats and it happened to be the least expensive treatment option. Emergency vets get such a bad rap for price surging and overcharging and my experience was quite the opposite. They called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was fine. Thank you for your kindness, care and treatment of my fur babies.

I’m so thankful for all the staff here and how sweet they are to both me and my cat for every visit. I’ve seen Dr. Bruce and Dr. Harmon but every person we’ve interacted with there has been great. Juice seems to really enjoy coming here and all the love he gets from the vet techs and doctors. They give him lots of love and are very gentle with him. I appreciate that they’re so thorough and take time to answer any questions I have. And very quick service! Regarding prices, I’ve only ever been here but they seem very fair to me. They’re very transparent with pricing during your visit so you know what to expect. I highly highly recommend pet insurance to all pet owners to eliminate financial concerns when it comes to taking care of your pet.
