They treat your pets like family, like you would want them treated, like you expect them to be treated. They do this without having to be asked. My dog is happy when she sees the staff. I can tell she feels comfortable in their care. All around top-notch care and service. We will never leave.

There is so much to say about the Pueblo West Veterinary Clinic. They have a fabulous staff. They work so cohesively together as a team. Especially Miss Kaysa at the front desk. She's so polite & takes care of you. She always gives you her full undivided attention taking care of you right way; you'll have your next appointment before you walk out of the door. Our provider, Dr. Krenz is terrific! She is so knowledgeable & professional. She certainly has TLC in her blood. She's just as concerned about your baby as you are. She takes the time to listen to every detail you need to give her in reference to your precious baby & works off your information, her knowledge, research, resources, etc. to make your baby better. Dr. Krenz is an outstanding provider. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. The associates are incredibly wonderful all in themselves as well. They are smart, caring, & gentle with my babies. The technicians are friendly, they check on you, get you what you may need, and handle your babies with such care. The atmosphere is like, come in, there is always room for you here. It's clean, best, friendly & welcoming. Since I moved here, they have always taken such great care of all of my babies. They have tender hearts with gentle hands. They're absolutely professional with beautiful bed side manners. They're open & honest with you. They don't just sympathize, they empathize with you when the time comes to mourn for your baby. You can feel the Love all around you. Thank you Pueblo West Veterinary Clinic for everything!

We love Pueblo West Vet Clinic! All of their veterinarians take such great care of all three of our dogs. Very friendly staff!

My two dogs Tater and Jasmine were seen at Pueblo West Veterinary Clinic since 2013 until they both recently moved on. During this time they received excellent care. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. My future pets will definitely be seen here. I can't recommend highly enough.

Extremely disappointed. Called with my cat who is sick and labored breathing for a quality of life discussion and was declined aid since I was not already a patient. If you're advertising aid in emergencies, I would hope to receive some kind of help.
