I absolutely love this clinic. All of the staff are beyond helpful and compassionate. The facility and staff training is designed to offer a low stress to no stress environment for both clients and pets. I feel heard when I speak to the front staff, the techs, and the veterinarians. We have brought in a dog, a cat, and a hedgehog, and all have received the best of care. I believe this is the best clinic in the valley and I highly recommend them.

I was amazed at how clean the office was. I live about 3 hrs away and needed their expert PennHIP services. They were able to get my dogs scheduled together and easily. They were kind and efficient.

Customer service is excellent. Everyone here cares about you and your pet. The staff is very kind. While no one wants to think about what happens when our fur babies come to the end of their lives, it will inevitably happen. It is as important how your vet treats you and your pets at this stage as it is in the beginning and the middle. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. We called with an emergency, and the lady who answered even walked us through giving our dog CPR. The staff here are excellent. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. Unfortunately, we didn't become clients until our pups were at the end of their journey, but when we are ready for fur babies again, we will, without a doubt, be back with San Juan Vet.

The clinic is clean and easy to schedule appointment. The communication is poor. I was told two different things regarding a prescription and told one of the reasons it wasn't refilled was because they didn't have my address? I've been in 4 times and have not changed my address nor was asked to verify the address.

San Juan Vet are amazing – everyone there is so caring and sensitive. I especially want to highlight Dr. Greene who was so kind with me when my elderly dog was very ill and then passed away. The whole experience made me devoted to this clinic and I have also brought our cat and our new pup there. Highly recommend!
