I called Dr. Nicki's office on the weekend for an emergency. Our ancient draft horse was down in a loafing shed and unable to rise. The response was, that since they had not seen him within the last year they would not come out (policy). Dr. Nicki has been our vet for at least 15 years and has seen this horse several times, (along with many of out other horses and goats). The fact that she wouldn't come out and put our horse out of his misery because she hadn't seen him within the year, is the reason I won't be using Horsefly veternary clinic again in the future!!! Very disappointed... we have used Dr. Nicki for many years. My mom used her for years... this is a very sad testament to the personalized care one used to receive.

I have been dealing with Veterinarians for over 35+ years and this is the first time I can truly say it was a pleasure working with them. The way they all work together, how nice the staff is and how they treated my 18+HH Clydesdale mare was truly remarkable. Their prices are affordable and the facility was beyond clean. Highly recommend them.
