We have been with Banfield Wellness Plans for over 20 years with our dogs and have been to many different locations. This was clearly the best location we have ever been to. The staff, in particular Gabby, who was so professional, kind, empathetic to our concerns about our Pookie's surgery. She was patient and educated us on all of the possibilities. Her knowledge was amazing. Dr. Brodt called us and personally talked to us prior to the surgery and put our minds at ease as well. There are not enough words to express our thanks for this location and the wonderful staff!

I have brought Rayne here a few times now. Their per insurance plans are great for preventive and dental cleanings. I always feel reassured that I have somewhere to take my dog when in need. The staff is great and very thorough. The vets are always nice and knowledgeable. Thankful to have them!

Went with Banfield to help spread out the cost of dental cleanings. Big mistake. My dog had a dental cleaning in August and almost died the next week from a hypoxic liver injury. It ended up costing us $1500 in emergency vet bills to save her. Be careful!

We had a great experience here with our little dachshund. In the past she would have pain and issues after every tooth cleaning she had, this was the first time we came to the banfield Dental Clinic and she was perfect after the cleaning, and her teeth appeared cleaner, and better breath than she's had in the past five years! The drop off and pickup was quick and easy, and we did not experience any surprise costs. We will be coming here again for her next cleaning.

Just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff. I was anxious taking my dog for a cleaning, and they were professional and compassionate and thorough. They called me throughout the process. I highly recommend bringing your pet here. I will definitely come here for all dental work again!
