I wanted to give this team of animal experts a shout out and the recognition they deserve. Our 16- year old Chihuahua Harley, needed urgent care...This team of caring individuals not only got us settled into a private room right away, they checked on us frequently to make sure we were OK, until a Vet could attend to us. We ended up having to put our pup to sleep... The team was compassionate, considerate, and honest about all of our options and helped us through making the right decision during this difficult time. They also sent us a Sympathy card afterwards. 💔🐾🤍 I love knowing IF we ever have a pet emergency this clinic and team are close by. Highly recommend!!

The heartbreaking time had come for us to put down our beloved Sandy. The team of staff at Animal Urgent Care made this difficult time as comforting as possible. They were amazing. A few days later, we received the most heartfelt card signed with a personal note from each staff member. As awful as it is to have to say farewell to our fur baby, I’m so glad we made the decision to bring her to Animal Urgent Care. This quote in the comfort room melted my heart.

When our sweet dog Lucy was in distress they were there to help and get us in right away. They were calm which helped calm us, listened, gave us a clear understanding of what their diagnosis was and printed instructions so we could reference them later. When our normal vet called them to see what they found they were very informative giving them the details of our visit. I am so glad they are here so we did not have a 30 minute drive and then have hours of waiting in the car before we could get service. Our sweet dog Lucy unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge later that weekend but with their help, they gave me a little more time with my baby. In my book they rock and thank you.

I called in with a concern about my cat and the staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up taking him in to be seen and everyone I encountered was SO nice!! The vet was incredibly patient, kind and informative. I will absolutely be taking all 3 of my pets here from now on. So happy to have a good emergency vet nearby (Pets R Us is to be avoided at all costs).

Thank you to Kate and the entire staff at Animal Urgent Care North East! You were all so wonderful to deal with. After our dog Snoop's first appointment on opening day things went south quickly with his health, but your entire team was wonderful until he took his last breath 2 days later. The care and compassion was felt and appreciated. We can't thank you enough for gently guiding us through the process of saying goodbye to Snoop. Every step was thought out and executed with our grief and emotions as your primary concern. Well done and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Welcome to the neighborhood and we wish you all well!
