My dog is very nervous around new people but the staff took there time to make her comfortable and it was extremely appreciated.

This is not meant to be an overall negative review, but discerning dog owners should know this. The staff was very nice, and they gave me quite the discount which was very helpful, but the environment was not good for my dog. I expected an office setting, sort of like they have in Walmart, but we were treated in the middle of the isles around customers and other animals. That was not ok for my dog, totally unlocked a new fear for her as she had a massive panic attack. We ultimately did not get half of what we needed done, and there is now a store note on her. Apparently this is a common occurrence with this setup as one vet told me. The dog before us was having a similar meltdown as well. My dog has never had a problem with seeing the vet, she normally enjoys the experience. Again, not much the staff can do, but one should know that there is no exam room, this is a wide open setup and the overstimulation can cause an unexpected bad visit.

Last time I took my dog to get her vaccines here the ladies were super grumpy, no patience whatsoever. It seemed like they'd rather be binge-watching their favorite show than actually working. I'd rather take my dog to a better place where the people are nicer and we'll feel more welcome.
