I couldn't go into the clinic but a man came out, took my info and took my dog inside. I waited in my car. My dog was seen by the vet and gave me a script. It was simple enough. I will definitely go back.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and was turned away because they scheduled the wrong service, they had no empathy for the situation, so I'm taking my 3 dog's and all of the revenue it created to some one who cares, and telling any one who will listen how unprofessional petsmart is
