This review is for Chewy North Academy. The vet care facility is super clean and everyone on the staff has been extremely nice, patient, and thorough. The staff presents all options and recommendations but doesn’t pressure you into any decisions. Prices seem on par with other places. On our first visit, we left with a gift bag including a plush toy, a squeaky bone toy, a certificate to commemorate our puppy’s first visit, and store credit to use at Chewy.com. What a great welcome! So far, our experience has met the high standards we’ve come to expect from the Chewy brand.

I absolutely love Chewy so I was excited to try their vet care and was not disappointed. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, very kind and compassionate care team who explained everything well and treated my pup with so much kindness and care - and very helpful. All around it was a very nice experience and I will be back. This office is very clean, bright and welcoming too!

Chewy care really gets it right. Super nice staff, clean facilities and technology backed care that's easy for the layman to understand. Dr Carr, Bridgette and Heidi did an amazing job with my dog's care(and nails) and my understanding of the services and billing. They even sent us home with a nice gift bag for Louie and a well-presented documents for me.

1st visit with chewy vet it’s was OUTSTANDING! Recently took my pet for a general visit and shots. Dr Carr and Cole work with my pet, they were gentle caring and explained everything that was being checked as they were checking it. I felt very comfortable with the check they did as well as the time they took. The facility was clean and had open space, they had a cool monitor that had my pets picture and live updates of their medical plan for the day. I Definitely will scheduling follows and bringing other pets here.

This was my first visit to Chewy Vet in Colorado Springs and I was overwhelmed. The facility is beautiful but even more wonderful were the staff members- especially Kayla, Cole, and of course, Dr Carr - my favorite vet of all times. My little Sushi received loving attention and everything was explained to me with great care. For anyone who has a pet they adore this is the place for you to find amazing care.
