I am so happy that this Chewy opened up after I moved away from the highlands ranch location. The staff here are always so sweet, and willow's appointment with Dr. Chasteen was great! I really hope to get Courtney as a tech again as well - she has a great personality and I loved the way she let me know about the cost and everything going on with Willow. Thank you so much! 🩷🐾

Took my senior dog to the new Chewy Vet down the street and had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly sweet, thorough, and made him feel so comfortable the whole visit. Halfway through writing this review, my dog would like everyone to know: “The staff seemed VERY impressed with me personally. There were treats, ear scratches, and many compliments about my distinguished little beard. Also, my mom says they did bloodwork, but I don’t remember that because I was busy having the best day of my life. Not to mention they gave me my new favorite toy!!”

This clinic is fantastic! I visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to be seen the same day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and caring. The clinic was spotless, and the exam rooms were well-organized and comfortable.

Unfortunately my dog had an emergency and they were unable to get us in same-day, but I want to commend the staff member that called me to let me know and genuinely cared about my pup. She even said they would call tomorrow to check on him. That kind of small touch goes a long way and I will consider this location for my pup's future vet needs.

This was first visit! I sure hope we've finally found our vet! This place was so over-the-top in a wonderful way! The treat bar, the beverage options for adults, the cute certificate and gift bag, yes please!!! I appreciate being valued and my furry friend being treated like an important guest. Staff were caring and gentle with my Ernie. Loved the Doc & Vet Tech and the front desk!!! This level of care is exactly what I expect from Chewy as a long time customer!!! Bravo!
