The stsff seems very knowledgeable. They took the time to make my dogs feel comfortable and get to know them. They always do very thorough exams and explain things in a way that makes sense. They also take the time to answer all of my questions which I appreciate.

We enjoyed our visit at Black Forest Vet because staff knew how to handle a bulldog that is very jumpy around people she doesn't see often. They were all terrific and we got medicine that helped immediately.

I brought my 13-year-old Golden Retriever in for a check-up and pain management. The staff, including the nurse and veterinarian, were incredibly kind and compassionate, making us feel comfortable throughout the visit. I appreciate their patience and understanding, especially as I asked some of the same questions multiple times. The front desk team was also very welcoming and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience for both my pet and me.

This is the only vet I have taken my dog to that she doesn’t freak out or get anxious when she sees the place. They are quite understanding and gentle, even with my somewhat larger dog who is high energy. They also don’t surprise you with anything, no hidden fees, no extra things done that I wasn’t informed of before. This place is great

Very professional and caring staff. Impressed how quickly they were able to get our dog in for what was (luckily) a minor issue. Definitely keeping them as my preferred vet!
