Called every vet in this town, none would see us due to not having the finances. Called Banfield and they got us in last minute and treated our dog with so much care and understanding! I will never go to any other vet! Thanks to them our dog got the care he needed, the meds he needed and spoiled with so many treats! Brian at the front desk was absolutely amazing in doing his best to get us seen ASAP. The vet and their assistant didn't shy away from our pup when he showed he was anxious and explained everything they were doing! I'm not lying when I say this company truly cares for their patients and it was greatly appreciated! Now our big baby is on the mend and we owe them all the gratitude in the world!

Great pet hospital. I took my cat to an emergency visit and they were very quick to take him in get all the tests started. The staff was super friendly and would explain everything with detail so I knew exactly what was going on. It is very affordable compared to every other pet hospital around.

If you care about your dog and don’t want them mistreated don’t go here everrrrr!!! My dog is normal a little anxious but I’ve never seen her so stressed amd anxious before I’ve taken her regularly to a vet since she was a puppy Bonnie specifically was a very very rude staff member I told the actual vet tech I was not happy and the front desk they did not seem to care whatsoever I’ve gone to Banfield for years since I’ve moved to Colorado I jsut moved to a new house so I tried this location and I’m not happy at all they told me it was a new hospital and it obviously needs to be closed never been more unhappy in my life with a vet clinic I will stick to my normal Austin bluffs location wow and she tried to blame my dog for being so nervous with I’ve never ever seen her this bad before in my life wanted to give her medicine for sedation never had to do that for routine shots and checkup I could hear them mistreating her through the dog to the back office very upset!!!!!

Id like to say good things but I cannot. Their phone number goes to a completely different store. They collective take a lunch break and dont tell anyone. When asked, they just shrug. The people at the petsmart who should, in theory, know this, would rather you stand and wait while they play with ball pythons.

Terrible service, inability to assist clients over the phone and in person. Often won't call back for more than 24 hours in regards to questions. Unwilling to coordinate with other veterinarians to ensure client records are transferred smoothly.
