After a previous bad experience at another vet in town, I was honestly a little nervous about trying somewhere new — but my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital completely turned that around. From the moment we walked in, Skylar at the front desk was incredibly friendly and prompt at check-in. I especially appreciated that she took the time to call me the morning of my appointment to confirm, since I had scheduled online the night before. That extra touch of communication meant a lot. My dog was dealing with ongoing skin and allergy issues, which can be very expensive and honestly a little misleading at some other vets. I’ve felt overwhelmed before trying to figure out what was actually going on. But Madison and Dr. Grace truly listened to our concerns and treated my pet with so much care and compassion. Dr. Grace took the time to properly identify what was happening and clearly explain the treatment plan in a way that made sense. I really appreciated the upfront pricing as well — no surprises, just transparency. After this visit, I genuinely feel like we’re finally on track with my dog’s treatment and I have a clear understanding of what’s going on and how to manage it moving forward. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I felt heard, my dog was well cared for, and I left feeling confident. I would highly recommend Banfield to anyone needing veterinary services!

Unfortunately, my only visit to this banfield was to, somewhat unexpectedly, put my baby girl to rest. We typically had her seen at one of the other locations, however, my dog was not doing well and this location was the only one that could see her quickly. (She was 14.5 years old; but I hoped she would live forever). Not only was everyone so kind during that heartbreaking appointment, but they took my breath away when we picked up her ashes. I expected to pick up her urn with her paw print; what I didn’t expect was the hand written card from their team with an impression of her nose and her paw. It both devastated me and made me so happy. I miss my baby girl so much, but they have made her passing just a little easier.

This location is absolutely fantastic! I've brought both of my dogs here for updates on shots as well as more serious conditions; the staff takes great care of them and the cost feels reasonable for the treatments. I wish I had everyone's name written down so I could call out specific people, but Dr. Harp in particular is wonderful. I cannot praise the entire team enough. Both of my (older) dogs have needed extra treatments lately, and Dr. Harp talked me through my options and was very transparent about the cost. The waiting room and exam rooms are very clean, and the temperature inside is comfortable. Parking is very easy at this location.

Achilles and I are grateful for all the staff here. Despite the long, hectic days, the employees here all project a friendly demeanor. They are nice, knowledgeable, and don't roll their eyes or act bothered when asking questions related to my dogs health. I appreciate their hard work and diligence and I truly appreciate them taking the time and consideration to review the wellness plans that Banfield offers. We are looking forward to our next appointment at this location!

Milo and Tico both had to see the Doc...Milo (weiner dog mix, rescue) had a little back problem. They got him fixed up. Tico (we aren't sure what all he is, rescue) split his toe nail...it looked like it hurt. They did him up right as well. Both amazing Experiences. Everyone was so nice both visits and it didn't break the bank. I think they are fair with pricing, but more important, they took care of the spoiled little guys. I am not going to drop the last place under the bus, but this place is where the boys are going from here on......Thanks everyone
