We recently adopted a dog from Aurora Animal shelter. Unfortunately a vicious dog attacked her on a morning walk. I took her to Banfield in Hampden and Tower. I cannot express my gratitude for Jenn her vet tech and Doctor Houseman!! These ladies took such great care of her and watched her through out the day. I took great comfort in the excellent care she had. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital for services. Needless to say Waffles is recovering nicely.

I am writing to share how much we love the Aurora location on Hampden Ave. The front desk staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the medical staff is excellent with our aggressive dog; they consistently go out of their way to ensure the safety of both the staff and our pet. With every visit, she is becoming more relaxed, which makes the experience much better for everyone. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you for the five-star service!

We take all three of our pups to Banfields Hampton and they are all phenomenal. Stacey always has a smile and greets everyone and she is so kind. We love everyone but Jenna listens and follows through with everything she has a heart of gold. She knows each of my girls by name and love on them all. Thank you for all you guys do.
