Took my dog in the morning 6hrs later I get a call saying my dog was checked by the vet and recommended blood work and x-ray so I agree was charged 350.00 And to bring him back 2 days later took him back in the morning and was advised surgery was needed to be done that it was 1000.00 I told them I wanted a second opinion so I asked for copy of the blood work and x-ray and denied giving me his records. I'm sure the never got them lab work done be careful DONT LET THEM GET YOU ASWELL.

If I can give negative starts I would. Horrible experience. I dropped off my cat for over 4hrs, and when I called to check in, they told me that the vet was on his lunch break and that my cat hadn't even been seen yet. So that meant probably another 2-4 hrs depending on what the vet would recommend (blood work etc.) 6-8hrs? That is beyond crazy.

I took my dog to her check up after her surgery and weeks later I noticed they never removed the staples from her incision. I had to go back and asked them to remove the staples since they didn’t do it the first time and I was still charged

Wait times are horrible and they wanted me to drop off my Dog and pick up later just for a vaccine. They also wanted to run other tests and with out running other test they can't give him his vaccine.... that's ridiculous! Never going back.
