The experience was so so. It took awhile for a message to come through and when it did the steps were unclear. Also, there were people waiting for hours and it seems like some people who had just gotten there were able to go in before others. I heard they were working with a new system but hopefully next time the experience is much better and a lot more clearer.

They recommened a shampoo for my dogs fleas and a powder too but I didn't get it because it was so expensive so I only got the shampoo and before we showered her she didn't scratch herself and last sunday when we showered her she started to scratch herself AND NOW HER HAIR IS FALLING OFF THANKS A LOT STUPID PECTO!
