I’ve reviewed these folks on Yelp at least twice so I decided to also spread some joy via google. Drs. Dotti and Cutler have been fantastic in caring for my aging Maltese dog (he’s 14 now). They put him on a fantastic new heart medication which surprised even the doctors with how much it improved my little guy’s heart condition. He’s showing more energy and is back pretty much to his regular, busy self. I’m addition to these two fine doctors I have to say that all the support staff from front desk secretarial services to the Vet techs they are efficient and delightfully skilled in providing good customer service. And they genuinely like animals. Both my dog and I get addressed by our names. And dogs have intensely accurate BS detectors so my boy would let me know if their attention was anything but genuine. He told me to give them 5 stars from him as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my precious little friend and, by so doing, taking care of me.

My dog Moose has been seen by both Dr. Merryman and Dr. Dotti and they were both wonderful and very knowledgeable! They’re obviously passionate about what they do along with all the techs. They helped Moose and me get everything situated and prepared for our move to Germany along with all of his vaccines and tests needed. Big shoutout to Hanna! She was amazing with communication and making sure everything was perfect (thank you again) She even looked ahead to see what requirements the country would need for us to travel. Everything went perfectly for our flight in regards to the paperwork they provided. They even texted me the day of our travel to wish us luck on our adventure. Highly, highly recommend bringing your fur child here! ♥️

usually pretty good. Hannah was really tough on the phone, and for this i am discontinuing my patronage of VCA sequia. I just want to be treated with a little common decency, but VCA sequoia seems to be under the impression that they are doing you a favor by helping your dog with fleas, or a check up as if they were too busy to take your phone call, or if you do not answer thier train of irrelevant questions Hannah will be come attitudinal.

They were friendly. However our other vet examined our hen in front of us. Here they went in the back room. If you want to be present with your pet during the exam don't go here. Dr Merrymen told me the bird got stressed during the exam and died and for birds that is not uncommon. If I was with my pet she'd be with someone familiar and perhaps not so stressed. There was no warning of this risk given prior to appointment, no question wether I'd like to be present. There was a fine exam table in the room I waited in. Be it your child or your pet, Never let a DR. take them in the back room where you have no say or sight and they are alone. The hen didn't have much time left anyway but an owner should remain with there pets if at all possible.
