Both Dr Yee and Dr Yip are incredible. I came in to their exam rooms and they spent an hour speaking with me about all the concerns with my dog. They were extremely patient in answering all of my questions. Thank you to these amazing vets!

This place is the worst. The front desk is horrible besides one girl. They dont care about your animal, all they care about is the money. They take in like 70 animals a day so when you drop your dog off they just sit in a cage for 5 hours until they decide to call you to pick up. I refuse to leave him there anymore. My dog was 100% fine and i brought him in for a comprehensive and a teeth cleaning. He came home and was peeing blood, uncomfortable, in pain, whimpering, and no one seems to care.. this was February 4th.. it is now the 18th and no one there seems to care. They won’t admit that they probably hurt him with a catheter by accident, I understand things happen, but it would be nice if they could at least make him comfortable. I cant wait to pull my dog out of there and never go to banfeild again. We have brought him in over four times now and there’s no solution and no help. So good luck to anyone who continues to use this POS hospital.

Everytime I try to set up appointments for my pets I get told they are booked, but I can't book for the next month because they aren't taking appointments yet.
