Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

The best vet visit experience ever !!! Jeffrey became terrified of vet visits, making any kind of treatment extremely difficult and stressful for us and specially for Jeffrey. Dr. Matt was so kind and compassionate towards him that in a few minutes Jeffrey was confident and comfortable again. Dr. Matt worked patiently and kindly with him today until gaining his trust back. We are so happy and thankful for meeting Dr. Matt and his wonderful staff today.

If you are looking for a vet, or are not loving your current one and considering switching… RUN, don’t walk to City of Trees Animal Hospital. Dr. Matt is the best vet we’ve ever had in the decade plus of having our animals. He genuinely cares about the animals, and in a way that makes you feel included and cared for too. He listens to the whole story and you can tell wants to get to know the animal, not just the situation. We could not be happier to have found him. The staff is warm and friendly, and the facility is lovely. 10/10!

Dr. Matt and his team were incredible. Everyone at City of Trees made my cat's cancer diagnosis and leg amputation so much easier to process. Everything from the first phone call to followup questions about his recovery has been handled with the utmost compassion and professionalism. I cannot recommend this vet enough. Thank you Dr. Matt and everyone at City of Trees.

Great experience and staff at City of Trees Animal Hospital. Dr. Matt was thorough and kind. The rooms and space were beautifully decorated and comforting to our cats. We are happy to have this awesome new addition to the neighborhood where animal care is greatly needed!

I highly recommend this new practice in the Greenhaven/Pocket area of Sacramento. I don’t even live in the area, but worth the drive out to get care at a younger, more modern practice. The hospital is brand spanking new, clean, and comfortable and decorated with super cute artwork. There is pretty good coffee and tea for humans and tasty treats for your pets. The hospital is located in a strip with several good restaurants and a croissant bakery! So far Dr Matt and his staff have proven to be empathetic and patient with me and my not so cooperative cats. 😆 Are any cats? Price for wellness visit was fair and I think less than a corporate clinic. So that was a pleasant surprise. Note, they are open only three days a week, but I was told as the practice grows more staff will come on board so will eventually be open on more days.
