The new girl Natalie is definitely not a people person. Been coming here for many years and everyone has always been very friendly. I may drop my pets insurance and move elsewhere. With the prices Banfield charges you should atleast have people working there that have people skills. We are in fact trusting you with our cherished pets. Where are the girls that used to work there?

Although the staff is awesome the doctors are even better but they get a head of themselfs by deciding what you should do for your furry live regardless of cost. but my babies luv them.

I thought they were a bit expensive but they took GREAT CARE of my little fur baby who had an infected eye from an imbedded weed burr. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Plus they have senior citizen discount. I will continue to make use of their service.

Dr. V and the crew here are terrific. I have taken my dog to four Banfield offices in the Sacramento area, and this one is the best by far. Prompt, friendly, courteous and very clear about the medicine, costs and options. They actually like their work! Can’t say enough good things about this office!
