An Honest, friendly and professional Doctor and staff. They all genuinely love animals and what they do. Dr Kayser really knows her craft and explains the issues in an understandable way. Highly recommend, from puppies to having to say goodbye to your furry family members.

Make sure you arrive early and have plenty of time. I arrived at 10:45 and was ignored until I left at 11. I could hear them in another room talking. I called out, I made noise, nothing. The door was unlocked and they didn't say a single word to me. If they were having their lunch break the least they could have done is let me know, I would have gladly left but to completely ignore someone in your office.

We've been going to them for about a year. Very friendly and reasonably priced. They're only taking drop off appointments right now. This works for us but others may not like it.

Just received this today....although it was amazing, it broke my heart. I can't believe they did this. Is it possible to go anywhere else. They love their patients. Also remember that when you see the bill, the Dr went through years of school and they need to support themselves including the staff and the roof over their head. Losing my dog was the hardest thing I'll ever have to cope with. She was my world and I loved her so much. I haven't been in my backyard because of her. Only enough time to take care of my chickens. I hope I feel better soon! Deepest love to you guys for being so sincere. I'll never forget this and neither will Daisy
