For a patron of this facility for over 25 years, I was not happy with the service I received. I understand that Covid has changed many things, but the care of our animals should not have. It is difficult to run a facility with one doctor, but trying to get to get in to see her for a year is ridiculous The answer I always get is, "Call every day for opening." If you know I'm trying to get in, shouldn't you service your clients by saying I will take your name and number and if there are any cancelations, we will call you. Also everytime, I send an email or call they always deny refills even if my furbaby is updated with a current examination. I am not happy at all.

very professional, friendly an just so helpful, I honestly don't know how to thank them for their help. Like most of us I am going through it financially as I try to bounce back my dog getting a foxtail in the eye was equivalent to death. The team here offered assistance and my schnauzers eye ball looks like it will be here to stay and she is back to her cheerful self. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am choosing to go there for the rest of my time here in San Leandro. Thanks again, Dave and Lil Deb.
