The doctor quickly identified why my dog was itching and suggested several immediate fixes to address the entire situation. They gave us options and prices on which to choose. I felt comfortable asking all of my questions and getting thorough answers. In addition, they were able to squeeze in my other dog for a quick exam so I could get flee and tick medication. Appointment was on time, fast, and the whole staff was very productive and friendly. Highly recommend this vet

Everyone is always really nice. Every vet I've had has always answered my questions and was courteous and explained the issues in detail and what the process of dealing with it, will or may possibly, be. Thank you to the helpful staff also. They do such a great job!!

My dog Nova was diagnosed with Pyometra. Had emergency surgery in Santa Rosa but one of her stitches came out and Napa West got us in immediately for staples and additional antibiotics when all other local vets were booked out for months. All the staff from the front desk to the animal technician and the vet were extremely friendly, kind, caring and just overall amazing. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all!
