Dr. Munhos was wonderful during Lilloo’s appointment. She took the time to check her blood pressure multiple times to ensure we were getting accurate readings, which I really appreciated. I’ve felt for some time that Lilloo may have needed blood pressure support, and Dr. Munhos was the first to truly evaluate it thoroughly and initiate treatment. I especially value how collaborative the appointment felt — she listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to determine the best plan for Lilloo. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in our next steps. I’m very grateful for her thoughtful care and attention to detail.

No waiting. Friendly. Clear and professional service. Excellent sense of humor and willingness to laugh at my Dad jokes. Artie had a blast getting his checkup. We scheduled a deep teeth cleaning and tooth extraction. Review on that to follow. UPDATE: Artie's dental extraction went perfectly. No surprises. Clarity throughout the day. Healed without incident. I can't express enough how happy we are with seeing Dr. Pahlavi and nurse Melody. The attention and care that my dog recieved was immeasurable. They take the time to explain to you when you have many questions and also show that they truly care about your pet. I know this might have nothing to do with professionalism, but if you're looking for people that have an amazing aura an energy and spirit, this is the right place because professional they are but also very amazingly positive in their attitudes as well. I have been bringing my baby (dog) here for 4 years. He got neutered here perfectly. They saw me same day when I called about what I thought was an emergency, which I love . He had a hotspot that turned into a nasty infection. All of the vet techs In the front desk and staff treated me and my baby like we were the queen of England. The vet is French magic and the entire staff is so loving your anxiety subsides. I want to kiss everyone who works here (platonically). I love this vet and I love everyone who works here, but please do not come here because I always want to be able to get an appointment. (Heathrow says hi)
