From the moment they arrived, I felt completely at ease knowing my cat (who is terminally ill) was in such caring and capable hands. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly honest and genuine — qualities that are so important when it comes to trusting someone with your beloved animal. She took the time to explain everything clearly, examined my pet with so much compassion, and never made me feel rushed. I had the pleasure of using this mobile veterinary service on the afternoon of July 1st for my 15-year-old Toy Fox Terrier, Vinny. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally attentive with their communication and scheduling, keeping everything clear and on time. Dr. Grace and Sipan were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They came fully prepared with the necessary equipment and supplies, and took the time to explain each step of the process, clearly demonstrating their experience and expertise—especially when it comes to handling senior pets. What stood out the most was how well Dr. Grace worked with Vinny. Although others in the past have voiced concerns about him being a tough dog to manage, she handled him with calm, confident care and patience, putting both of us at ease. It was evident she knew exactly how to approach him, and Vinny responded better than expected. Having them come directly to my office while Vinny was with me added another level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to beat. I highly recommend Dr. Grace to anyone in Glendale or the surrounding areas. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved elderly dog, Lola. Grace and Steve from Saving Grace Veterinary Services were incredibly compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. They came to our home within an hour of calling, which provided much-needed support during a very difficult time. They were patient, respectful, and walked us through each step with care, making sure Lola was comfortable and treated with dignity. Their presence made a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable. They didn’t just treat my Siberian husky—they saved his life. After months of watching my dog suffer from constant seizures and decline due to a poorly managed medication regimen prescribed by a previous vet, I was emotionally shattered. I had even made the heartbreaking decision to consider euthanasia, believing there was no hope left. But then came Dr. Grace and Sipan—two extraordinary souls who embody compassion, patience, and true medical excellence. They took the time to listen—really listen—to my concerns. They treated me with such empathy and treated my dog not as a “case,” but as a beloved family member. With gentle hands and open hearts, they assessed him carefully. Dr Grace and her office are beyond words. She examined and took care of Max with such professionalism and gentle care. Initial visit was for his red, runny eyes. She prescribed drops for him and over the counter wipes and things to make him more comfortable. She returned to give him his rabies and other vaccines he needed. Her third visit was to drop off an antibiotic for his upset stomach. She did not charge a delivery fee and came after she had completed her full schedule that day. I cannot praise her enough for her compassion and excellent care. I highly recommend Dr Grace and her office.
