Unfortunately my 8 month old puppy had an accidental positioning and we rushed her here. I just want to express that I am beyond grateful that the doctor, and two female staff members made me and Lady (my puppy) feel valued and cared for. They attended her right away and were warm and supportive through the process. Beyond grateful — they saved her life. I will never forget.

Worse experience ever. The Doctor drugged my dog up for months and she fainted from all the drugs and told us to continue giving it to her. He treated her for 3 months, $3000 in debt and she got worse and looked like a she was ready to die (she's was only 7 months old) took her to Rancho West spent $60, they took her off all the drug and gave her a non-steriod medicine and she got better in 2 weeks. Fontana animal hospital was the Worst place, doctor, and decision ever made.

This place was the worst place ever! It was absolutely filthy and unhygienic! The doctor was very unpersonable and was in and out without answering any questions. It felt like he was not even interested in checking my puppy. I paid for an examination and all I got was the doctor listening to his heart. Worst experience ever. I would not bring your pets here! I do have to say however that the staff at the front was very friendly and kind.
