Dr. Brownstone and the vet techs were incredibly compassionate and excellent communicators. They were running on time and demonstrated respect for my time throughout the lengthy process the visit turned into. I developed confidence very quickly into the visit that my dog was being treated by competent and honest people who had high integrity. The follow-up was also very appreciated, since it ended up being an unexpectedly complicated situation. I would love to come back and would trust this team with my dog again.

1 star is for male receptionist at Folsom vetco. Completely rude, talks down to you no sense of how to frame sentences when working customer service. On auto pilot and acts like you should know his job. Would rather talk to a robot. Probably going to change vets don’t wanna put myself thru that again it’s already stressful dealing with my pets health.

They were so nice and understanding. Getting an appointment early was really easy. They took care of my dogs needs quickly. The prices were reasonable. I paid 250 for visit and medication. So glad I went here.
