How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Sepulveda Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr. Snyder is awesome!! We took our dog to see Dr. Snyder for a general check-up, and for teeth cleaning (under anesthesia) and removal of a skin tag. Dr. Snyder was kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable, and carefully answered all of my questions about my dog's care. I was extremely nervous about the teeth cleaning process, and Dr. Snyder provided excellent communication leading up to and during the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable and fully updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder, he clearly cares about animals and their humans. Thank you Dr. Snyder and Sepulveda Animal Hospital!

Dr Snyder and the team did a great job taking care of my pup today. They were all kind, patient, and sympathetic to my terrified pup, and won him over - he warmed up to them and began wagging his tail, and he even whined sadly when Dr Snyder left the room after the exam! My pup MISSED the vet. We will definitely be coming back!

We had put down our 18 year old cat. They were very caring and explained everything as we went through the process. They gave us as much time as we needed to say good bye.

Although their bedside manner is far from good, they are smart, and amazing vets, I credit them to save our dogs at lease once. That is an honest, real review that I do not take lightly.

They are very caring here and try to minimize time spent in the lobby around other pets. Everyone takes time to listen to concerns and explain results.
