My dog Milo & I have ALWAYS had a good experience at Banfield. The vets are great and really treat Milo well. He is never anxious when we walk in. The wellness plan I'm a part of is excellent - we REALLY appreciate the Teeth Cleaning. It's so nice to have a pet hospital we know and trust.

Can’t get through on the phone. When you do, you get put on permanent hold. If you try to leave a vmail it’s often full and I’ve never gotten a return call from a vmail message (in 14+ years). And all of this is because I needed to convey 20 seconds of notes to my vet. An email box would be nice but there’s no way to email that I’m aware (and I’ve asked). Trying to order meds for my dog through the app’s “self service” option. But I need the vet’s approval (which is obviously reasonable), but now I have to go in for an appointment to …? I guess say the same thing I’ve already said… and they’ve been treating my dog exclusively for 14+ years … so I don’t understand the reason for a new appointment. Wayyyy harder than it needs to be. Banfield keeps taking new customers… but they never staff up to handle them. So is long time loyal customers suffer.

For years, I avoided Banfield because I assumed they were too expensive—but I was completely wrong. The pricing is fantastic, and the entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My dog and I both love coming here, and my only regret is not making the switch ten years ago. I highly encourage anyone looking for quality pet care to stop by and check out their prices; you won't regret it!

The Culver City Banfield crew. Is welcoming, they know my dog by name. Very easy to get med refills and Dr. Young is warm and caring and understanding with senior dogs.

Absolutely loved my experience. I adopted a kitten from the shelter and took her here for her first ever vet visit and they took there time to explain everything to me they were very nice to my kitten Alice freckles JR . Very friendly staff and look forward to our next visit !
