This was our first time visiting Urgent Paws and we were extremely impressed with the facility and the care our cat Stella received! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. There were no hidden fees or financial surprises at the end of our visit. Everything was explained clearly ahead of time and we were given a thorough explanation of the cost and recommended treatment so we could determine what would be best for our pet and our budget before moving forward. We highly recommend Urgent Paws and should we ever need to bring Stella back for care, we won't hesitate to visit this facility again!

What an incredible team! I found Urgent Paws through Google after my dog Bernie got a really bad infection following his TPLO surgery performed in Tijuana. I was a little nervous since we moved to the area from Orange County and I wasn’t familiar with any vets. I’m so glad I found them! Right off the bat, I was really happy with the cleanliness of the establishment and friendliness of their team. Since I am the kind of pet parent that asks a million questions, I really appreciate when the staff is thorough and knowledgeable. What I appreciate the most, though, is when the staff treats my dog with kindness and patience. The team took some X-rays and a culture to figure out what was going on. There wasn’t much to do, other than keeping his leg clean and waiting for the results. During the waiting period, the team checked in to make sure Bernie was doing okay and even advised I take him to a surgeon when his infection got a little worse. When we got to the surgeon’s office, he already had all of the information because Urgent Paws provided everything immediately - I really appreciated that. It has been about a two weeks since we took him and today, we were ready to get Bernie’s stitches removed. I called Urgent Paws and (once again) they took us in immediately. When we arrived, the whole team seemed genuinely excited and happy to see that Bernie was doing so much better and I got to see them at work while taking his stitches out. They, again, treated my Bernie so gently and even celebrated his tenth birthday with some treats, lots of scratches, and this lovely group photo. At the risk of sounding cheesy, I hope the whole team knows the difference they made for us. I was so overwhelmed with not only his surgery, but a complication I wasn’t prepared to deal with. Their help and genuine concern helped me feel less alone and Bernie is doing great! We love Urgent Paws!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and truly heard. No matter the severity of the situation, everything was treated with care and seriousness. The team was incredibly kind and understanding with my hyper German Shepherd, which meant the world to me. I knew my fur baby was safe here. Shoutout to the absolute best team—Mylo is so thankful 🤍

Shout out to the entire team!!! My primary vet hospital was unable to care for my fur baby and they told me to find an urgent care facility. When I found UrgentPaws and called, you could hear the compassion in Lauren’s voice as I explained to her the urgency of getting my fur baby seen. She quickly was able to register my pup and got an appointment set for her. Upon arriving to the center, the whole staff was very friendly. The technician Sabrina and Dr. Nguyen were very thorough with her exam and very compassionate. Dr. Nguyen quickly attended to my fur baby’s needs. In the treatment room the whole team showed their love for our fur babies. There are not enough stars to give this weekend team. Thank you UrgentPaws for making my fur baby feel better! Highly recommended for any of your fur babies needs. You can definitely tell they love all the babies that they care for.

My dog injured his paw (of course after hours!), so I searched for nearby urgent care clinics and found this gem. They took us in immediately, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Ramirez was amazing — thorough, compassionate, and great with my doggy. The procedure area is in the middle of the office, and they even invited us in to observe, which made us feel very comfortable. Their pricing was in line with our regular vet’s office, which was such a nice surprise for an urgent care visit. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family!
