I'm from out of the area and needed to refill a pain med for my dog. I called and ask if they would do it if my regular vet called. The reciptionist said they are not taking on new patients. I told her I don't want to be a new patient, just want a prescription filled. Then she says "sorry sir". They obviously lack compashion. If l lived here l would travel to VV before l brought an animal here. One star is too many.

I love Isa my dog was very ill, we thought she was going to die, and low and behold, we brought her home and she's all well. Th anks to Dr Bobbili and his staff. Thank you so very much Isa an amazing place🙏🏽

My dog was in desperate need of care after another vet did us wrong. We call ISA they aren't taking new patients. I swear people go into the medical field for all the wrong reasons. People love to put money above compassion, but yet we wonder what's wrong with this world. I just needed some help and now I have to put my dog down, because vets are all about money, money, money.

Dr. Bobilli is easy to talk to and fair in his dealing with the animals. Staff is courteous and professional. Excellent place to take your fur baby.

It was my first time going here with my own dog, I believe that they were very professional. they helped my dog on the same day I called, answering any questions or clarifications we needed and were very prompt.
