The vet there is very knowledgeable but a little hard to understand for me. The staff is very kind an considerate. I had to take my dog there because his normal vet was not available at the time. The cost was higher than expected and the room that we were in could have been cleaner. I would have given 5 stars if the room was cleaner, price was lower, and communication was better. I would recommend this vet to anyone in the barstow area.

I took lady biscuits here for her shots. Jazzs is very kind and helpful. They have great staff. Update I took her back to get fixed. She doing great and the same.she still has no off button.

We took our 14 yr old cat in because we believed she was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. The doctor, attempting to meet our wants & needs, gave us our options, not pushing a particular one. When we choose to help her over the bridge every one was super nice & supportive. Afterwards the doctor said we had made the wisest decision. Thank you Barstow Animal Hospital. You helped ease a difficult moment.

My dog was bitten by something, what it was I’m not sure but I called 2 different vets and then called them and boy am I glad I did. They were honest and quick and didn’t fluff up things to get me to pay more. The staff were all nice and the vet was in my opinion perfect. Nobody likes having a freaked out customer but she listened to my concerns and reassured me that he should be good to go. Would definitely recommend taking any and all fur babies there!!!!

Very, very busy. Wait time for even an appt seems to be at least an hour many times. However, they work hard on your pet's behalf as quickly as possible and provide good care. Gratefully, G.G.'s spokesperson.
