I really don't like to pick on small businesses but I unfortunately have to write this negative review to warn others of my experience. The vet (Dr. Arimoto) and the manager used sneaky tactics to add additional charges and exams to our bill without our informed consent. We were not given the right to decline the procedure. We've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before. I definitely do not recommend taking your pets here. Hope everyone's pets are safe and healthy.

We are a newer client to this office and take our 2 dogs and 1 cat. They are always kind and very friendly. One of our dogs is very nervous at the vet and semi reactive. They were so helpful by allowing us to handle all our paperwork in the exam room so that I didn’t have to try and hold our dog and sign paperwork in the lobby. We are very happy we switched to this office!

The staff at Primary Care Animal Hospital are great. Dr. Lewis saved my cat this week and gave her a new lease on life!

Primary Care has been our dogs health care provider for many years. Dr Lewis and his staff, including veterinarians, techs & administrative staff are great. They provide excellent care and are efficient, cheerful and helpful. We are confident and happy to recommend them.
