She's not only a wonderful person been an incredible veterinarian Dr Cooper recently opened her own clinic under City vet in Gilbert (Power Rd and Chandler Heights), and it's everything you'd hope for for a pet care experience. We are so excited that a veterinary clinic has opened up here in Queen Creek so close to us—what a perfect and convenient location for many of us residence! CityVet has already made a fantastic first impression. After 18 short but incredibly precious years, my best friend’s cat passed away. It was the first time either of us had experienced the loss of a pet, and in the midst of our grief and confusion, the team at CityVet provided extraordinary support. In moments like these, decisions are painfully difficult, but the compassion and care shown by this team came naturally and made our final moments so much easier. They were very kind and helpful with all of our choices kept us calm through the experience wrapped up our baby and gave her a cute purple wrap also had Diet Coke!! Which is my addiction and was so nice to be able to have also had a treat snack bar so we could take some snacks home. Very satisfied with our choices

Putting a dog down is never pleasant. However, the staff there was so warm and considerate. They checked on us repeatedly, handled our dogs passing with love and care, and even sent us a card expressing their condolences. It meant the world to us, thank you all so much!
