How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Peoria Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

They’re nice but have no idea what they are doing. Brought in a healthy dog for a checkup. They recommended surgery to spay her and remove tumors, which they didn’t remove. They performed surgery for nothing. My dog never recovered. She died 5 months after the surgery. I spent thousands of dollars there for nothing. Do not see Dr Snow.

I absolutely love the entire staff at this facility. They all genuinely care about your extended family members. It doesn’t matter which Dr you have an appointment with. They all take their time to answer your questions. They never rush you or make you feel like you’re just a dollar amount to them. They get down on the ground and make sure that your animal is comfortable in their setting. Regardless of where I move to you n AZ, I will always make the trip to this facility.

Took our dog there to get her vaccines up to date. The staff was extremely friendly, they treated both my dog and me like we were the most important thing they had going today. I'm sure their niceties helped make my dog the best behaved girl today. She got her vaccines and had a pedicure without so much as a whimper. I highly recommend this veterinarian office.
