Everyone there could not have been nicer to both Daisy and I. My little Corgi came to me as a rescue, with serious, PTSD, and she has more anxiety than most dogs do with going to the vet and learning new people. Dr. Julie used such caution when she introduced herself to Daisy and was so loving I could scarcely believe it. Her blood work came back in less than 48 hours and they started Daisy on the medication immediately that she needed to clear up what was ailing her. Although I initially only made the appointment at Dreaming Summit Animal Hospital, because I couldn’t get in with my normal vet, I have now found my new permanent veterinarian!

We can to Dreaming Summit a little nervous after having a bad experience at another vet office. It was a completely different experience and we left very happy. Dr. Julie and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The treated my pups with love and care and were very thorough with our consultation and exam. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for the pets.

I was truly touched by the care and attention to detail I received at Dreaming Summit Animal Hospital. As someone who is not fluent in English, I was worried about the language barrier when it came to communicating with the staff. However, the staff at Dreaming Summit Animal Hospital went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed during my visit. When I reached out to them via email, they responded quickly and kindly, making an appointment for the next day. Despite my limited English, they were patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They even prepared translated materials in Korean for me, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.They communicated with me using a translation app, like Papago, making sure that I understood everything that was happening and that I was comfortable with the process. It was clear that they were passionate about their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of my furry friend. Dr. Frankel, in particular, stood out for his exceptional care and attention to detail. I've been to many animal hospitals in California, but I've never encountered such kind and compassionate staff. Overall, I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and attention I received at Dreaming Summit Animal Hospital. Staff was super nice, not just the Vet herself but also the nurse and front desk rep. (I wish I could remember their names!) They all made my boy feel super safe. He got 3 vaccines and still wanted to stick around just for you guys! Thank you so much for all your hard work girls!! :)))
