Overall this facility is very clean and runs like a well oiled machine! I was super impressed by their process to handle phone calls, walk-ins and the triage process in a fast passed, stressful environment. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor, however, was less than stellar. he sounded like he was just reading from a medical book and would give no real explanation or clarity on the direction we should go. When he first described a list of 10 things we could try. I pushed back and said why wouldn’t we start with x-rays first and then move down the list from there as needed. He did agree, but it felt like he had no real idea and was just throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what would stick. I'm sure that could be a one off experience and their other doctors are great.

Dr. Lowe is amazing, she’s very sweet and caring. She was clear with her directions on how to treat our sweet little Jack. They got us in and out of there quickly, we love the staff. Jack is feeling much better and no time at all

Excellent, Compassionate Care for My Shih Tzu at AVECCC Buckeye. I highly recommend the team at the Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (AVECCC) in Buckeye. When my shih tzu developed concerning stomach issues, I was incredibly worried. The staff at AVECCC was able to quickly take him in, providing prompt and efficient service during a stressful time. The team was professional and highly communicative. They quickly diagnosed his condition and provided excellent care, leading to a fast recovery. The customer service was exceptional, and I genuinely felt that everyone, from the front desk staff to the veterinarians, treated my pet with compassion and expertise. If you are in the Buckeye area and need urgent or emergency vet services, this is the place to go. They are caring, knowledgeable, and ready to help when you need it most.

Our dog was attacked by a coyote and we took her in on a Saturday. She was triaged quickly and within a couple hours I was headed home with her rocking her new cone. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really cared about my dogs well being.
