Cannot say enough about how the employees treat my Toby. They also get you with a smile every-time & seem to always be upbeat. He’s got a lot of Anxiety & they are marvelous with him. This was the first time he’s ever had double ear infection that was just on Fire & conjunctivitis. Had taken him to the Groomers the day before & that night it started. He was in pain & they did such an awesome job of taking care of him. Went home with meds & in a week he was doing good. Thanks to all at Novak Animal Care in Havasu..🐾❤️🐾

Our fur-baby Mikie still has a slight itchy problem it is much better here in Arizona than in Wisconsin. The pollen & grass was very rough for our fur-baby. We have only been here for 1 year he is better but at 11-1/2 years old we think what we are doing works for his. He does look happy after his injection every 4 weeks. We do what to thank Novak Animal Care for always taking care of both our fur-babies. 🫂 🫂 🐕 Mikie- black/ wht, George tan/wht both 11-1/2 yrs brothers same litter. ❤️🐕❤️🐕

A truly wonderful and caring doctor and staff who genuinely prioritize pets and their owners! When facing one of the most difficult times in my life, Novak Animal Care Center provided support that no other local vet could match. My 20-year-old best friend became critically ill over Memorial Day weekend, and we knew he needed to be peacefully put to sleep. However, he absolutely despised car rides, and the thought of a 2.5-hour journey to an emergency vet, causing him severe anxiety and distress in his last moments, was unbearable. Despite him not being an existing patient, this incredible office went above and beyond to ensure my precious pet could be kindly laid to rest, understanding the suffering he and our family were enduring. We are eternally grateful for their compassion and willingness to help when we needed it most.

My past and present pets have all been patients of Novaks for over 28 years. Each time they are seen its with love and care, from a quick check up to surgeries to emergency care. In times of emergency they seem to understand the urgency and get us in as soon as possible.
