From the first phone call I made & talked with Heather to the time I walked in with my Furbaby We were treated like Family. Very caring & informative. Dr Christie was Great . Showing me exactly on the X-Ray what was wrong so I knew exactly what had happened. I am switching my boys to Dr Novak Office so I know when or if another Emergency arises they will get the care they deserve. Thank You to all whom helped with Wyatt.

Great caring staff and doctor, very clean office. We were treated very well from start to finish. Only wished the doctor would have done the exam in the room instead of taking her in the back. Other than that they are definitely a 5 star office. Highly recommend.

Novak Animal Care is always so accommodating and caring. Martha, Tiffany, and Dr. Walker are always amazing and friendly. We appreciate the whole team there and all the hard work they do. They are always wiling to spend extra time with us and make sure our babies are healthy and happy.

Dr Tracy is absolutely a treasure. My fur baby knows best. Hazel refuses to be seen by any other Vet.
