How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Montezuma Veterinary Services

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

My wife fosters a puppy. That's where they get them treated. The ladies up front were very nice and helpful. Even though they were busy. We were there for his first set of shots and were in and out in less that 10 minutes. They were great

Staff were great with my cats! They all put me to ease with their calm, professional, and caring demeanor. I had informed the staff I had a really bad experience with a past vet in another town and that one of my three cats was handled horribly by the vet. After seeing how they all treated all three of my cats with care and respect, I’m glad I made this clinic my primary vet choice!

I just went there once to take my moms dog in for shots. The dog went right in with the vet while i waited in waiting area and 3 mins later was done. He got a biscuit and showed it off for a while before eating it. He had been there before and knew right where to go, and seemed to be happy about being there. So i can only assume, by the dogs actions, that the ppl who work there are very friendly and compassionate towards animals. If i had to go thru the experience then i would prolly give it 5 stars, but soley based on the dogs reactions, i can only give it 4 stars!
