They are always able to get us seen within the same week, if not the same day. Good customer service. The doctors are always willing to take the time to explain things and help me make decisions. I never feel rushed. I only dread bringing the dog because she loves their treats and always tries to hunt them down.

I called every vet within 50 miles when my dog hurt his eye. Benson Animal Hospital said come on in! So we drove out and were seen as soon as they could get us in. The service was outstanding and professional would highly recommend! My little man loved every bit of the attention they paid him.

This is an amazing vet service. We moved to the area 5 1/2 years ago with our Emmett, an 11 year old Beagle/Basset mix. He is now 16 1/2 and is still in good condition. We really appreciated that Dr. Ellen and her staff followed Covid protocols during the epidemic. Our boy has always been professionally taken care of at Benson Animal Hospital. It looks like he will easily make it to his 17th birthday in June, which is well past his life expectancy. He is still enjoying his life of walking, sniffing, exploring, tail wagging, and eating. He still has the same bright eyes and zest for life he had when we adopted him from a shelter in Colorado at age 2. Thank you so much for your service! Emmett’s mom, Claire

Terrible client etiquette! They set me up with an appointment for my 2 dogs at 1:15 pm. I arrived early so not to be running in last minute, and as they ask you to do. There was a sign on the locked door saying in Staff meeting will re-open up at 1:15 pm. So I waited with the dogs.. 1:15 came and went. They saw me pull up and get out of my car. 15 minutes earlier. 1:18 came rang the door bell...Nothing, 1:20 I looked in the window and the motioned the needed more time. 5 minutes+.. By now with no water and being in 95° heat. I told them I had to leave. No one cared, no one moved as I drove off. Help your clients and finish your meeting later... Never to return.

I am a truck driver passing through and had my fur baby get sick while on the road... Thank you to all the staff for welcoming us and taking care of Riff. Will also be posting in trucking groups... Thank you all so much for getting us in...
