Flower Power

After an hour and a half wait for my scheduled appointment I left without seeing the doctor. Put my dog in the car and returned to see if I owe anything for the tech's time. As I spoke, the receptionist turned away to give someone else her attention. I walked out and let the door follow me. Before I got to the car the vet FINALLY appeared flying out the door screaming "Don't slam my door!" Well then don't make me wait an hour and a half and don't ignore me when I'm gracious enough to see if I owe you anything!!!

Dr Monika and her team are absolutely amazing!! My poor pup got attacked by a coyote in the morning, and they were able to squeeze her in by the afternoon (thank goodness). Everyone was so kind and took excellent care of my girl.

I've had good experiences here for my fur babies. Thing I don't like or have ever experienced, only open 4 days and more messed up, no one on call for emergency during off hours. Either lazy, or cheep not realizing it would probably double your income. I had a emergency with Belle and had to find a ride to Tuscan...... Crazy, never been to a vet like what's in Benson
