My five pups have been patients at Faithful Friends for 14 years; their vets and staff are amazing! ❤️. I have referred many friends there in the past and each of them have been very happy with the care their animals receive! They truly love and care for each of their patients in a wonderful caring way! They communicate well; and always have the best care of their patients in mind! They are the best of the best! The entire staff here has been so helpful and kind during the past 18 years with all our dogs with a variety of ailments and infuries throughout their entire life cycle. We trust them completely with the health of our pets!

We love our veterinarians at Faithful Friends and have been coming here since 2009. Just this past week, we came in for annual visits with our GSDs, and they were patient with both (high anxiety). They listen and answer questions clearly, and I've never felt rushed. They've helped us navigate two hard diagnoses of cancer with our pups, and were always compassionate. This is never something that's easy, and while our hearts were broken, we were grateful to have them in our corner.

We recently moved to NWA and needed to get our pets established in the area. From check in to check out everyone was friendly and helpful. They listened to our pets previous history and took time to address all of our concerns. They offered multiple suggestions on how to manage our cats stress. The prices for the services preformed were reasonable. We did have a bit of a wait to be seen as new clients (two months) but since we didn’t have any immediate issues we waited, and I’m happy we did. We’ve found our new home vet!
