I will never go back! I took my 3-year-old Volpino Italiano in on a Saturday morning. Though no one else was in the waiting room, I had to pay up front and wait. The vet was not listening to what I was telling her. She wanted to send my fur baby home with pain pill. I again explained the severity of the situation and showed her she couldn’t even stand. The vet tried to tell me it was a joint problem. I said, “No, she is weak and bleeding from her mouth.” The vet told her her teeth were rotten. I said, “Her teeth are fine-I already told you she’s been eating her poop-she has poop on her teeth.” She said, “Well I can do a blood test but it will cost you $$$”. I said, “Do it.” Awhile later she came back and said, “She is sick and that it was Erlichiosis. My furbaby was an inside dog but she had had one tick on her 10 months earlier. She was eating a lot, eating her poop for a couple of days and then had watery blood coming from her mouth the night before. I left my baby for treatment not knowing she would come through it okay but, be left in a cage alone. When she was checked on the next day-she was dead. I paid for cremation in addition to the nearly $1,000 for treatment, almost my entire Social Security check for the month. I don’t know if the vet was inexperienced or in a rush to leave that day. In hindsight, I truly wish I had taken my baby home and held and comforted her in her last hours. Instead, she died alone in a cage and that still hurts nearly a year later. I couldn’t even bring myself to go back and get her ashes. I hope they were scattered as promised. Please listen to pet owners when they tell you symptoms. Show a little empathy. It is too painful for me to ever return there. I hope others have better luck than I.

Drove client to take his dog for a couple shots and nail trim. The friendly staff also gave her a full check-up and easy to follow recommendations. We were in and out under 30 minutes. Great place for pet care.
