This was my first time going here. I just changed from Dr. Cato's, in gosnell, due to rude and unhelpful staff. Cato was great... Anyway, it did take about 45 minutes to get seen, after my appointment time, but I understand vets are very busy, and things usually don't go to planned. The staff was SO polite, and Dr. Gall was super nice and patient! It was very affordable, and I will now be a future client with this vet.

rushed the appointment, wouldn't let me get a word in. our dog ended up having pyometra, which is deadly if left untreated. the vet we took her to after noticed it right away and suggested further testing. think about it before you take your dog here

We're always satisfied with the care our pets receive from Dr Gall and his staff. His staff has completely changed over the past few months, but so far it seems OK. We rescue cats, so sometimes we need to go without an appointment for emergencies. He's accommodating to our needs. He also offers boarding services, which we haven't used, so I can't rate that at this time.

Terrible!! Our puppy's vaccination that we told him not to give, made him lethargic for several days!!He was in horrible pain!!
